I’m Owner/Agent Patti Generale.
I am an Army brat who was born in Japan. My education includes a B.S.
from the University of Colorado and an MBA in Finance from Loyola
University in Chicago. My career started with the Burlington Northern
Railroad (yes, I operated a locomotive.) and included International
Harvester, Kal Kan Pet Foods and Johnson & Johnson. I was lucky
when my career brought me to Florida because I fell in love with
Florida and stayed. When my beautiful daughter Christi was born, I
decided I needed more independence and became the owner of a State Farm
agency. By moving to Brevard County, I met the love of my life. Mike
and I have been very happily married since 1994!
My work ethic, professionalism and caring has prepared me well for my
career as a successful independent insurance agent. I am passionate
about helping others and I am very good at it. My many awards from
State Farm Insurance are a testament to my calling. I look forward to
adding more commercial and business clients to my growing practice so
they can benefit from my knowledge and business experience. I would be
honored to have your trust to manage your risk at a better value in
this changing economy.
I have supported every PSJ school and a few others as a business
partner, contributed over $6000 in grants to schools and helped youth
groups raise over $13,000 by sponsoring car washes at my office. I have
done whatever possible to make this community a better place to work
and play.
My philosophy is “Good Communications solve 90% of the world’s
problems” and “There is no such thing as a stupid question.”
Agent Tammy Gleason is a
transplant from the great state of Texas. She brought her 3 teenage
children to Brevard County to give them a better quality of life. She
has survived the teenage years and is now enjoying empty nesting with
her husband. She has been with my agency since 2000 and has become my
right arm and an expert in property and casualty protection. She was
already an expert in taking care of clients and has added her strength
in educating clients on their choices. Her clients trust her as they
know she has their best interest at heart. Check out her client

4th because that is her birthday and she always gets off work for her
birthday!

Haacke Osburn was raised right here in Brevard County,
graduated from Rockledge High, worked for Florida Today and, yes, she
knows everyone in the county! She has been with me since 2006 and has
become an invaluable part of the team. Her strong client focus means
she knows who you are, where you work, who your kids are and what they
are up to. No one is ever a number to Kim. And from experience, clients
trust her to take great care of them. This holiday girl was born on
Halloween-so guess what her favorite holiday is?! She enjoyed
celebrating her daughter’s high school graduation this year.
